Advisors: 1. dr. Rudy Joegijantoro, MMRS. 2. Misbahul Subhi S. KM., M. KL Industrial sanitation is an effort made improve the cleanliness and mantain the health of industrial environment. So that industrial activities do not have negative impacts to the employees and the society around the industrial place. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental sanitation on the number of fly density in UD. Afalia Jaya home industry at Kambingan Village, Tumpang District, Malang. This study used an observational research design by using the time dimension. The samples in this study were house flies and green flies that perched on the fly grill. It used a random sampling technique. The instruments used were observation sheets and the forms for calculating the number of fly density. The analysis used were univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using ordinal regression test. The results shows that temperature measurements which do not meet the requirements were 13 (28.9%), meet the requirements 32 (71.1%), humidity that do not meet the requirements are 17 (37.8%), meet the requirements 28 (62.2% ), and environmental sanitation do not meet the requirements 26 (57.8%), meet the requirements 19 (42.2%). Based on the ordinal regression test, there are 2 independent variables that affect fly density, namely the significance value of temperature (0.014), humidity (.000) and 1 variable that has no effect, namely environmental sanitation with a significance value (.475). So, it can be concluded that there is an influence between temperature and humidity on the number of fly density, and there is no effect of environmental sanitation on the number of fly density in UD.
