Abstract

SUMMARY Lufiani, Heliawati. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs "S" 24 Years Old in Sri Hartatik, Amd. Keb Midwifery Practitioner Sulfat Malang. Final tas D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors (1): Ervin Rufaindah, S.ST., M, (2) : Ari Christiana, Amd. Keb, S.KM. M. Kes. Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate is a benchmark of health status to the success of health services in a country. In Indonesia Maternal Mortality Rate reached 359/100,000 live births, Infant Mortality Rate reached 32/1000 live births. In East Java, maternal mortality reached 80/100,000 live births, infant mortality reached 29.5/1000 live births. Whereas in Malang Maternal Mortality Rate reached 68.24/100,000 live births, Infant Mortality Rate reached 9.89/1000 live births. Based on preliminary study results, it was found that Mrs "S" was 24 years old with score of Poedji Rochjati 2 Card Score which means physiological pregnancy. The purpose of this research is to be able to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care to pregnant, childbirth, newborn, and family planning by providing midwifery care directly through midwifery management approach. The efforts undertaken to reduce maternal and infant mortality are through the improvement of antenatal care that is capable of detecting and handling high risk cases adequately and delivering clean and safe deliveries by skilled health workers, postpartum and birth services and obstetric emergency services with care Basic Essential Neonatus Obstetrics (PONED), and Emergenci Neonatal Obstetrics (PONEK) services that can be reached in a timely manner by the needy. Some government programs have been running smoothly, but some still do not work as a whole for a variety of reasons. In this case, midwives should be able to provide comprehensive care or Continuity of Care (COC) to pregnant women, maternal, neonatal, and family planning to suppress Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate, accompanied by simple laboratory examination and counseling. The Implementation of Care is performed in accordance with the standards of midwifery care with the Varney flow of thought documented in the form of SOAP note. Midwifery care at Mrs "S" was conducted thirteen visits, four pregnancy visits, one birth visit, four postpartum visits, two newborn visits, and 2 family planning visits. During the Continuity of Care (COC) process of Mrs "S" during pregnancy, childbirth, normal childbirth, and well-nurtured infants, the NY "S" selects a family of condoms. The process of Continuity of Care (COC) theory is in line with existing theories. Midwives are expected to be able to detect early complications by providing appropriate care standards tailored to the client's condition.
