Abstract
SUMMARY Astrilla, Elienda Putri. 2017. Midwifery Comprehensive Care on Mrs."R", 35 Years Old at Masturoh, Amd.Keb. Midwife Practitioner, Tajinan-Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisors: 1. Yuliyanik, Amd.Keb., S.KM. M.Biomed. 2. Nicky D J, S.ST Maternal mortality and perinatal mortality are the reflection of the country‟s ability to provide health services in the society. High the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) shows that health services in Indonesia has not been optimal. Based on the result of Indonesia Demographic Health Survey in 2015 MMR reached 305/100.000 live birth and IMR 32/1000 live birth. One of the efforts to improve the quality of medical care for mothers and children is Comprehensive Midwife Care, so the midwife can monitor and detect early complications that may occur. The objective of this study is enable the students of midwifery departement to give Midwifery Comprehensive Care since pregnancy until family planning to decrease MMR and IMR. In the implementation of the final task, writer did midwifery care in Continuty Of Care (COC) on Mrs. “R” 35 years old in midwife practitioner Masturoh, Amd. Keb since April until July 2017, started from pregnancy until Family Planning in 12 home visits. It is included four visits on pregnancy, one visit on labor, four visits on post-partum, two visits on neonatal care and two visits on Family Planning. It was carried out in accordance with the standards of Comprehensive Midwifery Care using Varney framework with SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assesment, Management) documentation. The result of midwifery care conducted was that during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum indicated the normal condition of mother and baby girl which weight was 3300 gr, 49 cm height and A-S: 8-9. Mother preferred 3 month injection as the contraception of the Family Planning Program. The conclusion is that midwifery care by Continuty Of Care (COC) was conducted well for dangerous sign in pregnancy could be detected to prevent the worse cause. It is expected that midwives are able to improve their skills and analyze patient deeper to provide appropriate assistance. Patients are expected to increase their knowledge about pregnancy until Family Planning so maternal and perinatal mortality can be decreased.
