Abstract
SUMMARY Eti Gomes Dias, Delsianai. 2017. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Ny. "A" 24 Years Old at BPM Soemidyah Amd.Keb Malang. Final Task. D3 Midwifery Study Program of Widyagama Husada Schoolof Health Malang Advisors : (1) Patemah S.SiT.M.Kes (2) Nicky Danur Jayanti, S.ST Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is 359 / 100.000 and Infant Mortality (IMR) is 32 /1000 in Indonesia is still very high and it has not reached Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) target 2015. One effort to overcome this incident is applied comprehensively midwifery care to mother and baby. The general purpose of this study is to provide midwifery care to pregnant women to family planning using Varney's mindset documented through the SOAP obstetric management approach. Methods of care provided from the third trimester, childbirth, newborn, post partum and family planning start April to August 2017. Midwifery care was done as many as 4 visits during the pregnancy the mother suffered from back pain, often tired and contraction. 1 visits during delivery, and the labor run smoothly and there was not compications. 4 visits during the post partum, the mother felt hard sleep because she must provide breastmilk. 2 visits to the newborn care, baby experienced spit on the first week after birth. 1 visits the family planning, mother used condom contraception. After doing continuity of care by providing counseling to overcome the complaints, the mother is cooperative the results of the assessment during pregnancy to service family planning program can be concluded that the process of pregnancy, childbirth, post partum, newborn and family planning in physiological conditions. It is expected that midwives can improve the quality of midwifery services, so, the patients have awareness to the importance of pregnancy, labor, post partum, newborn and family planning. The comprehensive midwifery care can reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality (IMR) in Indonesia.
