Abstract

Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate are one indicator of health development in the 2014-2019 SDGs and RPJMN in Indonesia, namely the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) reached 346 per 100,000 live births while the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) reached 32 per 1,000 live births. The effort to reduce Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate is to increase access to quality health services for all people at every stage of life with integrated services through comprehensive interventions. The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women to the family planning process through the midwifery management approach. Midwifery care was done to Mrs. "M" in PMB Ngadillah Sobirin, Amd, Keb, Malang in June-August 2019 as many as 13 visits: 2 visits pregnancy and taking secondary data, 1 visit at labor, 4 visits postpartum, 2 visits newborns, and 2 visits for family planning programs. Based on, the results of comprehensive midwifery care, patient experiencing nutritional deficiencies at early pregnancy. The size of the circumference arm was less than the normal limit of 23.5 cm also the weight gain. During the third trimester, patient complained of frequent back pain and urination, this was a physiological condition. The membrane had not broken spontaneously, it should be carried out amniotomy, after birthing, the process of giving birth of placenta. After the placenta was born, the laceration was checked, there was a second-degree laceration and perineal suturing. The postpartum period was performed 4 visits, the patient complained the suture wound pain for 3 days after labor. The normal newborn weight, umbilical cord release on 7 th day. Family Planning program, the patient used 3-month injection contraception and the patient were given counseling to deal with complaint, and the patient had awareness to provide comprehensive midwifery care, so the problems can be solved. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation during pregnancy, childbirth, the puerperium, newborns and family planning physiological. It is expected that midwives can maintain the quality of midwifery services and patients have awareness in maintaining their health by conducting routine checks on the public health center.
