Abstract
SUMMARY Nurjannah. 2019. Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs “S” 36 Years Old a Very High Risk Pregnancy at Siti Nurcahyaningsih Murdijono, A.md.Keb Midwifery Practitioner Malang. Final Task DIII, Midwifery Study Program. Widyagama Husada School of Health Malang. Advisor: (1) Nicky Danur Jayanti, S.ST.M.KM. Advisor (2) Patemah, S.SiT, M.Kes Maternal and Infant Mortality Rateis a measure of health status on the success of health services in a country.MMR in Indonesia reached 1,712 case, IMR was 10.294 case. Mortality Maternal Rate in East Java reached 3 case, Infant Mortality Rate reached 18 case. One effort to overcome the high Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate is by implementing comprehensif midwifery care to mothers and babies. The general objective of this study is to provide midwifery care started from pregnancy, labor, puerppeal, newborn baby, and Family Planning program with obstetric management approach and subjecttive, objecive, analysis, management (SOAP) documentation. The provided care method since March-Mei 2019 was comprehensive midwifery care at Ny.S 36 years old GIVP3003 Ab000 at PMB Siti Nur Cahyaningsih Murdijono, A.Md.Keb. The care started third trimester of pregnancy, chidbirth, porturition, newborn care and Family Planning program. Comprehensive midwifery care was done in 13 visits : four visits pregnancy, one visits childbirth, four visits during porturition, two visits newborn care and two visits Family Planning program. Pregnancy is included in the High Risk Pregnancy (HRP) criteria with score of 14 means that the helper of childbirth must by doctor, because the patient is 36 years old,multi gerande and the distance of pregnancy is very close. Gestational age ends at 39 weeks 3 days. Labor is assisted by a midwife normally. The babywas born in normal condition, weight 3250 grams,height 48 cm. Newborn and postpartum physyilogical andthemother used 3-month ijection for birth control. Based on, the Comprehensive Midwifery Care, midwifes are expect to maintain the quality of midwifery services and patients have an awareness in maintaining their health by conducting routine checks to health workers to reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia.
